Ordering - Returns and Exchanges

We recognise that sometimes a customer will feel purchasing online can be a risky affair due to sizing. For these reasons and to give you 'peace of mind', we have introduced an easy exchange procedure. Simply fill out the Returns and Exchange form and include it with the parcel you are sending back, with a copy of the tax invoice

Note: For us to be able to offer an exchange, the goods must be returned within 15 days of purchase and must be in their original condition, unworn with all labels and packaging intact. We are unable to refund any merchandise purchased on sale or promotion. We will however exchange an item if the size or colour doesn't suit you. We are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage of goods in transit.

Once the goods are received and processed, we will grant you a credit voucher for the amount of the goods exchanged. We then ask you to re-order your revised selection in our Online Boutique using your credit voucher.
